| Abstract The extraction technology of alkaloids from Capsella bursapastoris by Soxhlet extraction method was introduced in this paper. Firstly, the influence of extraction time, the volume of extraction solvent and the concentration of solvent on the yield of alkaloids from Capsella bursapastoris were investigated by single factor experiment. Then the optimum extraction condition was obtained by orthogonal experimental design: the mass of raw material Capsella bursapastoris is 20 g, extraction time is 9 h with 200 mL 90% ethanel, and yield of alkaloids is 0047%. |
