摘要 国内工业生产季戊四醇存在收率低等问题。以甲醛与乙醛为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,用微通道反应器这一新型工艺方法合成季戊四醇,并使用液相色谱进行定量分析。考察了反应温度、反应时间和原料物料等因素对收率的影响。并通过使用Design-Expert 8软件设计响应面实验,优化实验条件,结果表明:当反应温度为44 ℃,反应时间为161 min,n(甲醛)∶n(乙醛)为5∶1时,季戊四醇的摩尔收率达到93.17%。与传统釜式反应相比季戊四醇摩尔收率提高了25.21%,具有工业化的前景。

Abstract: There are some problems such as low yield of pentaerythritol in domestic industrial production. Using formaldehyde and acetaldehyde as raw materials and sodium hydroxide as catalyst, pentaerythritol was synthesized by microchannel reactor and quantitatively analyzed by liquid chromatography. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and raw materials on the yield were investigated. The response surface experiment was designed by Design-Expert 8 software, and the experimental conditions were optimized. The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 44 ℃ and the reaction time was 161 min, n(formaldehyde)∶n(acetaldehyde)=5∶1, the molar yield of pentaerythritol was 93.17%. Compared with the traditional kettle reaction, the molar yield of pentaerythritol is increased by 25.21%, which has the prospect of industrialization.
