摘要 阳离子交换树脂作为非均相催化剂的一种,大量应用于有机合成反应中。通过筛选树脂种类、活化酸类型、活化酸浓度等制备高活性树脂催化剂,用于非均相催化合成没食子酸丙酯。结果表明:当A-15树脂经盐酸活化后可高效催化合成没食子酸丙酯,其用量为反应原料总质量的4.06%,反应20 h时,收率稳定在91.0%左右,通过高效液相色谱法测得没食子酸丙酯的纯度大于99.9%。该树脂催化剂通过再生可重复使用40次以上,催化剂可回收循环利用,解决了酸排放量的问题,与传统浓硫酸催化法相比,能满足催化效率高、绿色环保、经济的新型工业要求。

Abstract: As a heterogeneous catalyst, cation exchange resins are widely used in organic synthesis reactions. Preparation of highly active resin catalysts for the synthesis of propyl gallate by screening of resin types, activated acid types, activated acid concentration, etc. The results showed that when the resin catalyst dosage was 4.06% of the total mass of the reaction raw materials, the reaction time was 20 h, the yield of propyl gallate was stable at about 91.0%, and the purity of propyl gallate was greater than 99.9% that measured by high performance liquid phase. The resin catalyst could be reused more than 40 times through regeneration, and its effectively reduced the problem of solving acid discharge. Compared with traditional methods, the method in this paper could better meet the new industrial requirements of high catalytic efficiency, environmental protection and economy.
