摘要 以NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备Ce0.8Mg0.2BO3(B=Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu)系列催化剂,用XRD、BET、H2-TPR、TG-DSC、FT-IR和SEM等手段对其进行物理性能表征,并对其进行催化甲烷燃烧性能测试,考察不同B位离子对钙钛矿催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:以共沉淀法制备不同B位离子的Ce0.8Mg0.2BO3(B=Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu)系列催化剂,经过800℃高温焙烧后,可形成完整的钙钛矿晶型。其中Ce0.8Mg0.2NiO3催化甲烷燃烧活性最好,起燃温度Tl0%为410℃,完全转化温度T90%为547℃。

Abstract: The Ce0.8Mg0.2BO3(B=Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu)series catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method using NH4HCO3 as precipitant. The structures were characterized by XRD, BET, H2-TPR, TG-DSC, FT-IR and SEM, and its performance catalytic on methane combustion was tested. The results show that the preparation of Ce0.8Mg0.2BO3 (B=Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu) catalysts with different ions by co-precipitation method can form a complete perovskite after calcination at 800℃. The catalyst Ce0.8Mg0.2NiO3 shows an excellent activity for methane combustion (the conversion of 10% and 90% are obtained at 410℃ and 547℃, respectively).
