摘要 

通过胶晶模板法制备三维有序大孔La0.7Sr0.3CoO3催化剂,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为模板胶晶。胶晶自组装的方法及前驱液浓度在三维有序大孔钙钛矿的制备过程中对合成样品结构影响很大,研究结果表明采用离心法及前躯体溶液浓度为0.3 mol/L是一个较为适宜前驱合成条件。X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果说明制得的催化剂形成了三维有序的大孔钙钛矿结构,氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)结果显示该催化剂在还原气氛中具有更高的稳定性。该催化剂在NOx储存还原(NSR)反应中表现出了较好的催化性能。

Abstract

Three-Dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) La0.7Sr0.3CoO3 perovskite-type oxide was synthesized using polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) colloidal crystal templating method. The effect of the self-assembly method on the structure of the PMMA template was also studied. A centrifugation technique was considered as the optimal preparation method. The concentration of the precursor solution was the major factor to affect the prepared 3DOM perovskite. The formation of the 3DOM La0.7Sr0.3CoO3 was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The H2 temperature-programmed-reduction (H2-TPR) results show that the perovskite became more stable after forming the 3DOM structure.Our results show that this 3DOM La0.7Sr0.3CoO3 perovskite present the good NOx storage and reduction (NSR) catalytic performance.
