3 Study and Simulation on Reverse Jet Loop Reactor with Draft Tube

The mathematical model of liquid flow under pipe flow region in reverse jet loop reactor was deduced from equation of twodimension pseudohomogeneous phase,solutions of the model agreed with experimental data.Local fluid property of the reverse jet loop reactor with draft tube was investigated in airwaterglassy ball system.Effects of working conditions and structural parameters on flow state in the reactor were studied.

7 Liquid Circulation Velocity in Internal Loop Airlift Reactor with a ConvergenceDivergence Draft Tube

Liquid circulation velocity of an internal loop airlift reactor was studied.The bioreactor consists of one conventional draft tube and three convergencedivergence draft tubes.Experiments were performed with airwater and airCMC solution twophase system and airwaterresin particle threephase system.It was shown that liquid circulation velocity increases with the increasing of gas velocity.At the same superficial gas velocity,liquid circulation rate for airlift loop reactor with different convergencedivergence draft tubes is obviously lower than that for airlift loop reactor with a conventional draft tube.Liquid circulation velocity decreases with the increasing of CMC solution viscosity in airCMC solution twophase system and with the increasing of resin particle loading in airwaterresin particle threephase system.Based on an energy balance over the loop,a mathematical model was derived to estimate liquid circulation velocity in the riser and in the downcomer for airwater twophase system.The value pre

47 A Simple Method to Determine Flame Temperature of Emulsion Fuels

A simple method to determinate flame temperature of emulsion fuels had been designed in order to overcome some shortages of existing photometry.In the article,a schematic diagram of the experimental apparatus had been shown in which the burner is a combustion tube with a piston and a chimney is used to decrease the effect of wind and improve combustion.The determination of flame temperature is by a thermocouple wire.

50 Operation Scheme of Desulfurization from Acid Waste Gases with Higher Content of H2S and Larger CO2/H2S Ratio

A procedure simulation system of desulfurization with MDEA is made on the basis of penetration theory with related data.The system applies the available process of selectively separating H2S from natural gas and refinery gas with MDEA to dispose of acid waste gas,which contains higher content of H2S,higher propotion of CO2 to H2S and other impurities.On the basis of simulation result,the cause of the system failing to dispose the acid waste gas is found out and the bottleneck restricting the production capacity is determined,then an optimization scheme is put forward..

The synthetic routes for aminoxyacetic hemihydrochloride were investigated,For preparation of animoxyacetic hemihydrochloride from acetone oxime and chloroacetic acid,the reaction parameters including catalysts,solvents,molar ratio and temperature were optimized. Under the optimized condition,aminoxyacetic hemihydrochloride was obtained above 40% yield on the basis of acetone oxime.
