Abstract Expression of recombinant 10BNP in E.coli was studied in shake flasks and the optimum induction time is 4h.The expression level was over 21 8%.10BNP fusion protein which was produced as inclusion body (IB) was separated by breaking bacteria through sonication.IB was properly dissolved in the presence of 8M Urea.By means of Immobilized metal ion affinity chromatograph(IMAC),comparing the results of different elution methods,a optimum purification route was attained.The work facilitates the further research.
