Abstract Tea saponin was purified from methanol phase using macroporous resins in static state,different factors during the adsorption and desorption process were studied,such as pH,tea saponin concentrations,temperature,time.The optimal operation conditions were established.The resins adsorption capacity is 145.45 mg/g,the desorption rate is 90%.
