Structure Analysis of 22(R)and 22(S) Ciclesonide

Abstract The NMR spectrums of Ciclosonide were measured and completely assigned by using CDCl_3 and TMS as the solvent and the internal standard respectively in this paper.()~1H-()~1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC,NOESY were determined.The absolute configuration of 22(R) and 22(S) carbon were confirmed by NOESY.The assignment data were in good agreement with the reported NMR spectrums of 22(R) and 22(S) budesonide-21-acetate.
