Abstract Kinetic data are measured in fixed bed reactor for the preparation of A power diethyl oxalate by vapor phase catalytic coupling reaction of CO and ethyl nitrite.A power-function type kinetic model is established asthe form where k agrees with Arrhenius equation:k=32.3exp(-2.2x14/RT).
