Abstract The technological conditions of chemical synthesis of conducting polyaniline were studied.The effect of carbon on yield and conductivity of chemical synthetic polyaniline was also investigated.The composition and structure of polyaniline chemically synthesised was determinded as 1/2-oxide state of polyaniline salt by IR and XPS analysis.This polyaniline has the same structure and conductivity as those of polyaniline electrochemically synthesised.
