Experimental Study on Purification of Biological Products by Preparative High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract Neutral proteinase from bacillus subtilis and the mixture of bovine serum albumin (BSA)with bovine hemoglobin(BHb)were used to study the characteristics of a self-made preparative high performance liquid chromatography under different operational conditions. It was shown that the separation and purification results with this apparatus could be satisfactory at appropriate conditions.
