Optimumization of the Equipment and Technology of Cuprammonia Washing

Abstract The mechanisms of mass transter and reaction in the cuprammonia scrubber are studied in this paper.By using chemical simulation method and reaction kinetics principle,optimumization of The temperature distribution and the cuprammonia composition control have been performed.The technological charateristics and application advantages of stucture packing are expounded.The results of the simulation and application showed that the technology and equipment of cuprammonia scrupper have been optimized,and economical benefit is achieved by revamping using structure packing with appropriate composite technique.
