Abstract Combining the classical thermodynamic relations with the two-fluid theory, vapor liquid equilibria of halogenated hydrocarbon systems at low pressure are correlated from the saturated vapor pressures of the pure components. With only one binary interaction parameter, the calculation results are equivalent to or better than those from the two parameters Wilson activity coefficient model.
