摘要 以甲醇与水合成MTBE为模型反应,采用平均直径为4μm的强酸性大孔型离子交换树脂为催化剂,对浆料催化精馏新工艺进行初步探索。本文考察了催化剂浓度、操作压力、进料组成等因素对该催化精馏过程的影响。结果表明,新工艺不仅能稳定操作,在本文的实验条件下甲醇转化率可达99 7%。

Abstract: In this paper,a new catalytic distillation process of methanal hydration reaction catalyzed by ion exchange resin as a model reaction was studied.The catalyst is fine particles of about 4μm in diameter and forms slurry with feed.Then it is fed into a packed distillation column reactor.The effects of catalyst concentration,reaction temperature and pressure,feed concentration were experimentally investigated.The results indicate that the new process may operate steadily and methanal conversion was up to 99.7% in experimental condition.
