Abstract�� This paper reviews the recent advances in yeast expression systems used in recombinant protein drugs produced by gene engineering,such as the selection of yeast vector system and yeast expression strain, construction of multi-copy strain, the high yeast cell density culture, the recent situation of yeast system applied in expression gene,defect of yeast expression system and countermeasure,etc.
