Abstract
The clean synthesis of 1,6-dicarbamate hexane(HDC) from dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and 1,6-diamine hexane(HDA) is studied. The preparation of HDC using different catalysts is studied, and the activity of MgO/ZrO_2 is regarded better. After characterization of the catalyst, the activity of MgO in disperse phase is inferred higher than that of MgO in crystal phase. The quantitative analysis of HDC is carried out by HPLC analysis and the influence of different reaction conditions has been investigated.
