摘要 利用电导率和红外光谱测定作为表征手段,采用单因素试验方法研究了丙基三甲氧基硅烷(商品标号为WD-10)的水解过程,探讨了影响其水解的各种因素,确定了水解的较佳工艺参数。其适宜的水解工艺条件为:丙基三甲氧基硅烷、水和甲醇的体积比为1∶1∶3,pH值为4,水解时间为4h,温度为30℃。可为多孔陶瓷滤球的亲油改性和聚结过滤工艺处理含油废水提供有益信息。

Abstract: In the paper,the hydrolysis of propyl trimethoxy silane(assigned with WD-10)was analyzed by the one-factor experimental method, conductivity detection and FTIR spectroscopy,and then the factors of affecting hydrolysis was discussed,the better technical parameters of hydrolysis were determined.The better technical parameters of hydrolysis are as follows: volumetric ratio of WD-10,secondary distilled water and methanol is 1∶1∶3;pH is 4;hydrolysis is at 30 ℃ for 4 h. This can provide reference for the oleophilic modification of porous ceramics filtering ball and the treatment of wastewater containing oil by coalescence filtration technique.
