Abstract:
Combustion was characterized under various oxygen concentrations by using the thermogravimetric analyzer. The relationships between the flux of oxygen enrichment gas, the concentration of oxygen enrichment gas and operating conditions was experimentally studied by using the hollow fiber membrane module. The result showed that the increase of the oxygen concentration was able to reduce ignition temperature, the burnout temperature decreased when the increasing of concentration of oxygen enrichment gas; the rate of reaction increased when the concentration of oxygen enrichment gas increased; the most suitable concentration of oxygen enrichment gas was 30%. The suitable oxygen enrichment process for oxyfuel combustion is recommend to be operated under temperature of 20 ℃, pressure of 0.9 MPa, and the recovery should be controlled around 90%.
