高效制备液相色谱法纯化生物制品的实验研究

摘要以牛血清白蛋白和牛血清红蛋白混合物的分离和工业级枯草杆菌中性蛋白酶的纯化为实验物系，在不同的操作条件下，对自行研制的高效制备液相色谱装置的性能进行了实验研究。结果表明，在适宜的操作条件下，此装置的分离和纯化效果令人满意。

Abstract： Neutral proteinase from bacillus subtilis and the mixture of bovine serum albumin (BSA)with bovine hemoglobin(BHb)were used to study the characteristics of a self-made preparative high performance liquid chromatography under different operational conditions. It was shown that the separation and purification results with this apparatus could be satisfactory at appropriate conditions.
