摘要 采用热重分析法,研究了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在氮气气氛下的热裂解特性。结果发现:在不同的升温速率下,PTFE呈现一致的热解曲线,其热解为吸热反应,整个热解过程只有一个失重阶,并包含一个失重峰。同步傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对氮气气氛下热解的气体产物进行检测,检测分析到PTFE的主要热解产物为四氟乙烯单体。另外,利用电子探针对热解残留物元素组成进行分析,发现废料热解残留物各金属元素含量与普通不锈钢各金属元素含量接近。

Abstract: The pyrolysis characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) were studied in the atmosphere of nitrogen by thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the pyrolysis of samples has similar TG and DTG curves with the different heating rates.The pyrolysis of PTFE is an endothermic reaction.There is only one weight loss step including a weight loss peak in the entire process of the pyrolysis.The detection of gas products was performed by the coupled simultaneous Fourier transform infared spectroscopy.The experimental results showed that the principal product of the pyrolysis is tetrafluoroethylene.In addition,the element composition of the pyrolysis remnants was analyzed by electron probe.The analytical results indicated that the metal content of the remnants is close to that of ordinary stainless steel.
