Abstract�� In recent years,the new nonviral vectors especially starburst PAMAM(poly amidoamine)dendrimers,have been widely applied in the gene therapy.As for its low cytotoxicity and special structure,it becomes the key point of study.This article focus on the characteristics of structure,capability,system of gene transfer and the recent development of PAMAM dendrimers as well as its application in vectors.
