摘要 橡胶促进剂M酸化后,经固液分离后滤饼含水量仍高达约22%(质量分数),使得后续干燥耗能大。采用表面活性剂为添加助剂,通过试验考察了非离子型、阳离子型和阴离子型的5种表面活性剂对橡胶促进剂M脱水效果的影响,并确定了适宜表面活性剂。研究结果表明加入适宜的表面活性剂可使滤饼含水量明显降低,并能使生产出的橡胶促进剂M符合质量要求。

Abstract: The rubber accelerator M contains a great deal of water after the acidifying process and the water content of the cake is still about 22% through solid-liquid separation.Thus the energy consumption in the next drying process is serious.Five kinds of surfactants,which belonged to the nonionic,cationic and anionic surfactants,were added to analyse the dewatering effect in this paper and the suitable surfactant was selected according to the dewatering effects.The results indicate that the cake can meet the quality requirements and its water content can be reduced greatly through adding the suitable surfactants.
