摘要 目前,我国的矿物废渣还没得到充分再利用,利用钢渣为主要原料制备处理含磷废水的吸磷剂,探索了适宜制备方案并对其进行了应用研究,确定了适宜的工艺条件。试验结果表明:吸磷剂的适宜制备条件为粘土、水和钢渣按质量比1.0∶1.0∶1.0混合并加入FeSO4,FeSO4加入量为[m(FeSO4)/m(粘土、水和钢渣)]为0.07,挤压成粒,在500℃下灼烧5 min。利用吸磷剂处理质量浓度为50 mg/L的磷酸盐废水,适宜工艺条件为投加量为0.8 g/L,振荡时间为1.5 h,pH值在7~8,磷去除率(以磷元素为基准)为95%左右。

Abstract: Because of insufficient usage of mineral waste residue,the preparation of sorbent of phosphor with slag was brought forward to treat wastewater.The experimental results indicated the suitable preparation conditions were:caly,water and slag were mixed together with mass ratio of 1.0∶1.0∶1.0,and(FeSO_4[m(FeSO_4)/)m(clay,water and slag)=0.07] was added, baked 5 miutes at 500 ℃.It was used to treat the wastewater with mass concentration of 50 mg/L,the addition of this sorent was 0.8 g/L,vibration time was 1.5 h and at pH 7—8,the removal rate of phosphor were about 95%.
