摘要 膜分离是深度处理含油废水的有效技术之一,对生态环境保护,提高资源利用率,实现"双碳"目标具有重要意义。开发分离效率高、运行稳定性强的高性能膜材料是油水分离膜研制的热点。综述了近年来油水分离膜在渗透性能和抗污染性能强化方面的研究进展,重点对膜性能强化的机制进行讨论,并分别从传质机制和抗污染机制角度对强化策略进行归纳总结。最后,提出了高性能油水分离膜材料开发存在的问题,对未来的油水分离膜材料的研制方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Membrane separation is one of the effective technologies for the advanced treatment of oily wastewater, which is of great significance for environmental protection, the increase of resource utilization efficiency, and the achievement of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. Designing and fabricating high-performance membranes with high separation efficiency and operational stability is spot research in the development of oil-water separation membranes. Here, we reviewed the research progress in improving the permeability and antifouling performances of oil-water separation membranes in recent years. The mechanism of the enhancement of membrane performances was discussed in detail, and the strategies are summarized from the perspectives of the mass transfer mechanism and the antifouling mechanism, respectively. Finally, the key issues in the development of high-performance membranes for oil-water separation were highlighted, and the significant research directions for oil-water separation membranes in the future were proposed.
