功能性粉末涂料的研究现状与发展

摘要 随着涂料领域的发展以及涂料市场的拓宽,尤其是国家环保政策缩紧,涂料产业向环保型涂料调整。粉末涂料由于其具有无污染、高效以及可回收等优点逐渐成为涂料种类中不可或缺的组成部分。粉末涂料种类日渐趋多,根据粉末涂料的应用环境的具体要求,从最开始的防腐粉末涂料和耐候粉末涂料逐渐衍变出其它类型的功能粉末涂料,例如疏水粉末涂料、耐高温粉末涂料等。首先介绍了粉末涂料的特点,简单回顾了国内外粉末涂料的发展,其后结合粉末涂料的作用机理以及目前的研究状况,重点对重防腐粉末涂料、耐候性粉末涂料、抗菌性粉末涂料、耐高温粉末涂料、疏水粉末涂料和自愈型粉末涂料6种功能性粉末涂料进行论述。最后对所阐述的功能性粉末涂料进行总结,并对功能性粉末涂料未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract: With the development of coatings field and the widening of coatings market, especially the tightening of national environmental protection policy, powder coatings have become an indispensable part of coatings because of its pollution-free, efficient and recyclable advantages. There are more and more kinds of powder coatings. According to the specific requirements of the application environment of powder coatings, many other types of powder coatings occur, such as hydrophobic powder coatings and high temperature resistant powder coatings, this paper briefly reviews the development of powder coatings at home and abroad. Combined with the reaction mechanism of powder coatings and the current research situation, it focuses on heavy anti-corrosion powder coatings, weather resistant powder coating, anti-bacterial powder coatings, high temperature resistant powder coatings, hydrophobic powder coatings and self-healing powder. Finally, the functional powder coatings are summarized in this paper, and the future development of functional powder coatings is prospected.
