摘要 为了研究稀土元素对铝-空气电池阳极合金的影响,熔炼并制备了Al-Ce合金,通过测试合金的极化曲线,利用率以及交流阻抗等,研究了其在3 mol/L的KOH、质量分数为3%的NaCl溶液中的电化学性能。采用扫描电镜对在合金放电后的形貌进行观察,并使用能量散射X射线谱对合金表面进行面扫描分析。结果表明:稀土元素Ce的加入可以提高阳极电化学活性和利用率,但过量的Ce会导致电化学活性降低以及点腐蚀。随着Ce含量的增加,合金开路电位负移,电流密度增大,利用率升高。当Ce的质量分数为1%时,合金具有最佳的电化学活性以及最高的利用率,-1.2 V处的电流密度为-103.90 mA·cm-2,利用率为72.3%。

Abstract: Al-Ce alloys were smelted to research the effects of rare earth element on aluminum alloy anodes for aluminum-air battery. The electrochemical activity and self-corrosion were studied by the measurement technique of polarization curve, utilization ratio, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 3 mol/L KOH, 3%NaCl electrolyte. The surface of Al-Ce alloy after discharging was analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray detector and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the addition of Ce increases the electrochemical activity and utilization ratio. With the increasing of Ce, the open circuit potential was more negative, the utilization ratio and the current density at -1.2 V were improved. When 1% Ce element was added, the best current density at -1.2 V(-103.90 mA·cm-2) and the highest utilization ratio (72.3%) were obtained.
