摘要 

利用尿素分解产生的氨气对石墨毡进行氮掺杂,成功制备了掺氮石墨毡。采用XRD、SEM和XPS研究了材料的晶体结构、表面形态与元素组成,运用循环伏安和交流阻抗方法研究了电化学性能,组装单体电池研究了电池的放电性能。结果表明:掺氮石墨毡与石墨毡相比具有更加优异的电化学性能,且掺杂温度与掺杂时间对石墨毡电化学活性有影响。

Abstract

By heat treatment of graphite felt with ammonia generated from urea hydrolysis, nitrogen doped graphite felt was successfully achieved. The crystal structure, surface morphology, and elemental composition of doped graphite felt were analyzed by XRD,SEM, and XPS.The cyclic voltammograms and AC impedance method were used to study the electrochemical properties. The discharge performance of the cell was investigated through assembling a cell.The results showed that the nitrogen doped graphite felt compared with graphite felt has more excellent electrochemical performance, and doping temperature and doping time have an impact on the surface and the electrochemical activity of graphite felt.
