摘要 选用国产3825加氢裂化催化剂,利用WF8000A型连续流动固定床微型反应器,以四氢萘为模型化合物,研究了重质馏分加氢裂化集总动力学,根据原料、生成物的性质和沸点差异,建立了四氢萘加氢裂化七集总反应网络。按照加氢裂化拟一级反应机理,论述了建立四氢萘加氢裂化集总动力学模型的方法和步骤。经数学模型的参数估计,确定了各步反应速率常数(在320~360℃下)和表观反应活化能(在8.5MPa下),模型对产物的预测结果与实验吻合。

Abstract: By using domestic catalyst 3825, taking tetralin as an example of heavy petroleum fraction, the lumped kinetics of hydrocracking for heavy oil is studied in a continuous flow packed bed micro reactor(WF8000A). Seven lumped reaction network for tetralin hydrocracking is established based on the properties and the boiling spread of feed and products. The method and the process to establish lumped kinetic model of tetralin hydrocracking have been discussed according to the mechanism of pseudo first order reaction. Every rate constant and the apparent activation energy are calculated via parameter estimation of mathematical model. The product distribution predicted by this model is in correspondence with experiment results.
