摘要 对正丁醛与甲醛以NaOH为催化剂一步法合成三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)进行了研究。分离出一步法过程中低温阶段生成的羟醛缩合产物2,2-二羟甲基丁醛,并采用1H-NMR与色质谱联用(GC-MS)表征其结构,表明该中间产物易发生2聚与3聚。探讨了催化剂种类、第2阶段反应温度及时间、甲醛浓度及后处理条件对TMP收率的影响,以气相色谱法分析了TMP纯度,找到一条具很大发展潜力的TMP的合成路线。

Abstract: he synthesis of trimethylolpropane from nbutanal and formaldehyde with NaOH catalyst via one step method was studied in this thesis.The aldol condensation product during low temperature period of one step method synthesis was separated and analyzed with 1HNMR and GCMS.It's proved that the separated product is 2,2-dihydroxymethylbutanal,which is unstable and can be converted to its dimer and trimer.The influences of the type of catalysts,the second period reaction temperature and time,the formaldehyde concentration and the treatment method after reaction on the yield of TMP were discussed.The purity of TMP was analyzed by GC.A potential synthesis method of TMP was set up.
