摘要 本文采用正交设计法对影响涂料防火性能的膨胀阻燃体系进行了系统研究。选取其中对涂料的理化性能和防火性能影响较大的组分,如以聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)、季戊四醇(PE)、701氨基树脂(701A)、氯化石蜡(CP)等为对象,考察了每个因子及因子间交互作用对防火性能的影响。最后,对所产生的最佳配方进行了实验验证、中试和工业生产。大板燃烧结果表明,该涂料的防火性能达到国家一级标准,与模拟大板试验法预期结果一致。

Abstract: y orthogonal experiment method,intumescent flame-retarnant system which affects the retardance performance of the coatings was investigated systematically.Several components,such as ammonium polyphosphate (APP),melamine (MEL),pentaerythritol (PE),701 amino resin (701A) and chlorinated paraffin (CP),which affect the physicalchemical properties and fire-proof performance of the coatings markedly have been selected to investigate the effect of each factor and their interactions on fire-proof performance of the coatings.Considering the optimal formulations created,several experiments have been carried out in order to verify the validity of the formulations and the product has been produced in pilot plant and in industry.The result based on the big panel combustion method showed that the coatings meets the National Standard of the fire retardance for first-class products.
