Abstract According to Albery's theory,the Michaelis Constant and kinetic behavior of the microbial electrode were sutdies,and the result showed that the rate controlling steps of the areobic microbil electrode reaction were influenced by the substrates.The Mchaelis constant, K m and the effective electrochemical rate constant k′ ME have been determined.
