Abstract Dendrimers are mono-distributed and nano-scale macromolecules.Their unique core/shell structure,high concentration and high reactive of the end groups make them easily to be assembled or modified into various functionalized dendrimers,that can be used in the asymmetric catalytic reactions,selective cell recognition system gene therapy,molecular photo-switch and photo-harvesting system.Hence,They will become noticeable new materials in the twenty one centuries.
