Abstract Wet chemical methods are effective to prepare microwave dielectric ceramic.Coprecipitation,hydrothermal synthesis,sol-gel method and citrate method all can manufacture high pure ceramic with small size,well-distribution and good microwave property.In this paper,recent progress of these methods is summarized and the existing problem is analyzed.
