Abstract The synthesis of morpholine derivatives was investigated in this paper,particularly,synthetic technology of N-methylmorpholine from morpholine,formaldehyde and formic acid,N-methylmorpholine was isolated in the yield of 92%.The technology for production of N-methylmorpholine oxide was established in this paper.Synthesis of moclobimide and N-(2-aminoethyl) morpholine,an intermidiate of moclobimide,was also examined.
