Abstract The main factors which have significant effects on the properties of two package acrylic polyurethane coating were investigated by using Uniform Design experimental method,and the regression analysis and multi-aim optimization calculation were used in the data analysis of experimental results. The suitable valuation range of the four parameters as glass transition temperature,concentration of OH group,molecular weight and the molar ratio of NCO/OH, were confirmed. On the basis of those studies,a kind of two-package acrylic polyurethane coating with excellent performance,such as excellent weatherability and thermal stability,etc,were manufactured.
