Abstract Densities and viscosities of the binary mixture of sulfolane with p-xylene were determined between 30315 to 35315K at atmospheric pressure by using a vibrating U-shaped sample tube densimeter and Ubbelohde suspended-level viscometer respectively.Density values were used in determination of excess molar volume.Viscosities were used to calculated deviations of viscosity.Excess volume and deviation of viscosity were fitted by a multiple regression analysis and Redlich-Kister equation respectively.
