Abstract Using HPLC technology,comparison of salvianolic acid B(SA-B) extraction rate between enzymatic extraction and boiling-water extraction were analyzed. The optimal conditions of composite enzymatic extraction were:15 U cellulase per gram medical materials;temperature 50 ��;pH,4.5;time of enzymatic extraction,6 h;time of boiling-water extraction,50 min.SA-B extraction rate was significantly increased in the process of composite enzymatic extraction.
