Abstract Oxidized starch,as a green corrosion inhibitor,was produced by abandoned liquid propellant of HNO_3-27S and starch.The basic analysis method of chemistry with modern instrument was used to distinguish the organic functions regiment of polyglucosans and polycarboxylic.Orthogonal experiment was chosen to discuss the effect in the production and the optimum reaction condition was obtained.The corrosion inhibition rate of the product was determined by the comprison between static and dynamic experiment on corrosion inhibition.The results show the product has high content of carboxylic group,good corrosion inhibition effect and high corrosion inhibition rate.
