Abstract For the purpose of oily sludge cleaning and oil recovery, composite reagent extraction technology under heat water condition was used to treat oily sludge from Kelamayi oil field in Xinjiang Province.Residual oil percentage of the treated sludge was chosen as an index to evaluate the efficiency of the technology. The influence factors including temperature, the ratio of reagents, agitate time, the ratio of water and oily sludge on the efficiency of oily sludge washing were investigated. The result indicated that the optimal efficiency of oily sludge washing was achieved when the agitating temperature was(80 ),the concentration of YSFL was 6%,the agitating time 40 min,and solid liquid ratio was 12.In such conditions the residual oil percentage of treated sludge was lowered to 0.5%.The composite water reagent after detaching can be recycled and environment-friendly.
