Abstract Supported solid acid catalyst TSOH/HY-SBA-15（TSOH-modified mesoporous molecular sieve） prepared by impregnation method was used in the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol to prepare biodiesel fuelThe influence factors were investigatedAnd the optimal conditions were found: a molar ratio of methanol to oil of 25∶1, a catalyst dosage of 5 %, solvent dosage of 30 %, reaction temperature of 180 ℃ and reaction time of 7 h employing (0.5 mol·L^-1)TSOH/(10 %)HY-SBA-15 as the catalyst Under this condition, the yield of biodiesel can reach 94.6%.
