Optimizing SFE-CO 2 Extraction of Jingwanhong by Uniform Design

Abstract U * 12 (12×6×6) uniform design was chosen to investigate effects of pressure, temperature, entrainment agents ethanol concentration and to obtain the best parameters of supercritical fluid extraction of Jingwanhong . Optimum process parameters were determined by multivariate analysis according to the extraction ratio and contents of  β, β-dimethylacrylalkannin and isomperatorin. Then stepwise regression analysis was performed to obtain the optimum extraction condition: the temperature was 55 ℃, the pressure was 25 MPa, the ethanol concentration was 95%.
