Abstract The refluxing extracting process of Siberian Cocklour Fruit oil and its kinetics were investigated. The effects of main parameters(extraction temperature, particles size, extraction temperature, extraction time, etc.)on the recovery of oil were studied and the optimal extraction technology was obtained, and then the extracting kinetics was studied. The optimal refluxing extraction conditions were as follows:alcohol was selected as solvent, the ratio of alcohol to raw material was 9∶1,refluxing 6.5 h at 80 ℃,and raw material size was 60 meshes. The study of kinetics showed that the material size had an important influence on extraction efficiency of oil,and the kinetic model was accord with secondorder. The result can be used to optimize and control the process of extraction of Siberian Cocklour Fruit oil.
