Application of Falling Film Evaporators in Vitamin C Industry

Abstract Multiple-effect falling film evaporators are used to replace single-effect rising film evaporators for the concentration of Vitamin C.The device can meet corrosion-resistant requirement.It not only improves the quality of products,but also reduces operation and maintenance costs.It is of great significance in the development of Vitamin C industry.
