Abstract By using domestic catalyst 3825, taking tetralin as an example of heavy petroleum fraction, the lumped kinetics of hydrocracking for heavy oil is studied in a continuous flow packed bed micro reactor(WF8000A). Seven lumped reaction network for tetralin hydrocracking is established based on the properties and the boiling spread of feed and products. The method and the process to establish lumped kinetic model of tetralin hydrocracking have been discussed according to the mechanism of pseudo first order reaction. Every rate constant and the apparent activation energy are calculated via parameter estimation of mathematical model. The product distribution predicted by this model is in correspondence with experiment results. |
