Abstract Polyisocyanate with biuret structure was produced by the reaction of crystalline sodium sulfate with hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI).Continuous extraction apparatus was improved to separate the free HDI monomer in the mixture.The paint compounded with the product and hydroxyl acrylic resins was of good performance.
