Abstract��
The synthesis of N,N�� bis(trimethyl silyl)urea from trimethyl chlorosilane was mainly discussed.The reaction parameters including catalysts,temperature and molar ratio were optimized.Under the optimum condition,the yield of N,N�� bis(trimethylsilyl)urea was 57% on the basis of trimethyl chlorosilane.
