Abstract�� PTC material,which has the property of positive temperature coefficient,is a kind of widely used electronic material.Since its discovery in 1950s,it has developed for decades of years,and is mature in both theory and application.In this article,the property and basic theory of PTC materials are expounded and the lately development is introduced.
