摘要 对二氯硅酞菁的合成进行了研究,并采用甲醇析出法分离出生成的二氯硅酞菁。利用二氯硅酞菁硫酸溶液冰水析出法将二氯硅酞菁转化为二羟基硅酞菁,收率达到77%,比文献的醇解法收率有较大提高,并通过红外分析对两种化合物的结构进行了确认。

Abstract: In this paper,the synthesis of dichloro (phthalocyanino) silicon is studied. Dichloro (phthalocyanino) silicon is obtained by adding the product into methanol. Dichloro (phthalocyanino) silicon is converted to silicon phthalocyanine dihydroxide by adding the dichloro (phthalocyanino) -sulfuric acid solution into cold water, the total product yield is 77%. Compared with the traditional alcoholysis, this route can enormously improve the reaction yield, and their structures are confirmed by IR.
