Abstract�� NH_3 was synthesized from N_2 and H_2 under low pressure(��0.1 MPa) by radio-frequency discharge at 13.56 MHz.The effects of configuration of reactors, discharge voltage,discharge area,ratio of N_2/H_2 and flux of total gas on the synthetic reaction were studied.The volume fraction of NH_3 can reach 1.2% under the optimal condition.
